April is Early I.S.D.’s official transfer student application month for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. Texas law provides that students must attend school in the district in which they reside, unless they have requested an annual transfer into another district.  Transfer applications should be completed during the designated time set aside for transfer requests. The transfer must be officially approved by the receiving district’s Board of Trustees.

Transfer applications will not be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.  To apply, please go to the superintendent’s office at 101 Turtle Creek, Early, Texas, during the month of April, 2019, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday* and complete the application.  You will be notified following the School Board’s action on your transfer request.

*On April 18^th the district has early release so office hours will be 8:00-1:00.  Admin office will be closed on April 19^th and 22^nd.
