Billie Weaver–Kelly, 79, of Cottonwood, Texas passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in Cottonwood, Texas.  The family will have a time of visitation Friday, April 12 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Higginbotham Funeral Home in Cross Plains, Texas.  Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 13, at 2:00 PM at Higginbotham Funeral Home Chapel in Cross Plains.  Burial will follow at Cottonwood Cemetery.
