The following calls were answered by the Brownwood Police Department and included in the Offense and Incident Report on Thursday, May 9, 2019.
On May 8, 2019, at approximately 0900 hours, Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Commerce for a call of forgery/counterfeiting. Officer made contact with complainant and a report was made for forgery/counterfeiting.
A traffic stop, conducted on May 8, 2019, resulted in the arrest of a known female for outstanding warrants and numerous drug charges, and a male for drug charges. The location was shown to be 1st Street/Avenue A. Drug charges include possession of controlled substance, manufacture and delivery of controlled substance, prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility.
