- Consideration, possible approval of out of state travel for Larry Franks to attend the National Election Center conference and Graduation Ceremony in Orlando, Florida. This travel will be primarily funded from Chapter 19 funds which come from the Secretary of State’s Office through reimbursement
- Presentation of Texas Historical Commission requirements for a Certified Local Government committee for possible future action
