On May 9, 2019, Brown County Sheriff’s Department Corporal, Taylor Fletcher, conducted a traffic stop at 1703 Avenue E.  The stop was made on a silver Chevy Tahoe being driven by Mykal Manzano.  According to the Corporal Fletcher’s report, Manzano resisted being removed from the vehicle for search and arrest by rolling the window up on Cpl. Fletcher’s arm.  During a probable cause search, 6.1 grams of methamphetamine, 14.7 grams of THC edible gummies, 14.0 grams of marijuana and a set of knuckles were found in the vehicle.  Manzano was charged with possession of narcotics, knuckles found in the vehicle, assault public servant and resisting arrest, search or transport.  According to the Brown County Inmate List, Manzano’s bonds for all the listed offenses total $120,000.
