The following calls for service were answered in recent days by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department and included in their report on Thursday, July 18.

On July 10, a deputy spoke with the parents of a runaway juvenile.  The parents wanted to pursue charges of Harboring a Runaway.  A report was made.

On Friday, July 12, at 07:34 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the end of CR 268 in Brownwood.  This was in regards to a structure fire.  Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with Assistant Fire Chief, Darrell Johnston.
