The following calls were included in the most recent Offense and Incident Report from the Brownwood Police Department.
- On Sunday, July 21, 2019, Officers responded to the 100 block of Market Place Boulevard in reference to quarters being stolen out of the laundry machines. After speaking to the reporting party, a report was generated.
- On July 24, 2019 officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report of theft. Walmart asset protection employees had one female detained. Information was gathered, a citation was issued and a report was generated.
- On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, Officers responded to the 400 block of W. Mayes Street in reference to a suicidal subject who had discharged a weapon in the house as the caller left. After speaking with the caller, a report was generated.
- On Thursday July 25, 2019 officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 6th Street for a report of a burglary. Information was gathered from the scene and a report was generated.
- On Thursday, July 25, 2019 at approximately 1854 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 400 block of W Commerce St in reference to a theft. The officer arrived on scene and spoke with the involved parties. An arrest was made and a report has been generated.
- On 07/25/19, Brownwood PD was dispatched to a south Brownwood neighborhood at 3rd Street and Avenue D where a male was intoxicated in somebody’s front yard. The call resulted in the arrest of a white male for public intoxication.
