Billy Dean Bullard Sr. age 86, went to be with his Lord on Sunday, February 23, 2020 in Brownwood.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 26th at 1:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel in Early, with funeral services to follow at 2:00 PM. Interment will be at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Early.
Billy is survived by his wife Sandra Bullard; son Mike Bullard and wife Judy; daughter Kellye Bullard; 8 grandchildren and their spouses; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bobby Bullard and wife Jane, Mike Bullard and wife Glenda; sisters, Patsy Dickenson and Monnette King; sister-in-laws, Betty Bullard and Beverly Bullard and his canine buddy Scotty Dog.
