Almost 1,100 people in Brown County took advantage of early voting hours over the weekend.

There were 699 votes on Saturday, 394 on Sunday, total of 1,093 over the weekend.

The number of Brown County residents who have voted early now stands at 8,171.

And if you haven’t voted yet, you have all this week to do so.

Today through Wednesday, the hours are 8 to 5.

This coming Thursday and Friday the hours are 7 to 7.

All early voting is at the Elections Office at 6:13 north Fisk.

We are just 8 days away from the election next Tuesday, November 3.
