Charles H. Payne, 77, of Cross Plains, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, February 4, at 2:00 PM at Cross Plains Memorial Park in Cross Plains, Texas with Ronnie White officiating.
