
According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the June 2025 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 14 true bills were returned against 13 persons.
Those indicted were:
- Cayden Andrew McBee: Possession of a controlled substance
- Sandee Michelle Luedecke aka Sandee Bivins: Possession of a controlled substance
- Isaiah Moreno: Ct. I – Burglary of a habitation; Ct. II – Aggravated sexual assault
- Parker Alan Goodwin: Ct. I-II – Evading arrest
- Robert Paul Riley: Unauthorized use of a vehicle, state jail felony enhancement
- Derek Mason Fife: Possession of a controlled substance
- Colleen Marie Patrick aka Colleen Patrick-Curl: Possession of a controlled substance
- Shannon Gene Reeder: Aggravated assault, repeat offender
- Hunter Lane Shields aka Hunter Rogers-Shields: Obstruction or retaliation, repeat offender
- Billy Shy Drew: Driving while intoxicated; Retaliation
- Takenda Shey Cotton: Driving while intoxicated with child passenger
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
