
DUBLIN – The Brownwood Lions returned to the win column Friday, snapping a two-game skid with their second victory over Comanche this season, 52-26, in Dublin tournament action.
The Lions (4-4) owned a 12-7 advantage after one quarter, which grew to 24-11 by halftime and 42-18 heading to the fourth period.
Durham Brown paced the Lion offense with 20 points trailed by 12 from Carson Noe, six from Cannon Calvert, five apiece from Elias Perez and Tru Pesina, and two points each from Riggs Gray and Bennett Windham
Brownwood is back in tournament action at 2 p.m. Saturday against either De Leon or Brady.
