Tuesday was the first day for early voting in Brown County for the March 3 primary election, and a total of 297 ballots were cast.
Early voting continues at the Brown County Elections Office, located at 613 North Fisk in Brownwood, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Friday. Feb. 20; 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22; and 7 a,m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23 through Friday, Feb. 27.
Election Day, Tuesday, March 3, polls will be open throughout Brown County from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
