Victory Life Academy will host a 9/11 remembrance to honor law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, other first responders and military at 9 a.m. on Friday, September 9. The ceremony will take place in the Victory Life Church sanctuary, located at 901 C.C. Woodson Rd.
The event is being held two days prior to the actual 15th anniversary of 9/11 as to educate the Victory Life Academy students of the events of September 11, 2001. Guest speakers will be Early City Administrator and former Brown County Sheriff’s Captain Tony Aaron and current chief deputy and sheriff-elect Vance Hill.
The program will last roughly 30 minutes and refreshments will be provided.
