On May 7th, voters in Brownwood will cast their ballots to convert the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation from a Type A entity to a Municipal Development District (MDD). The Brownwood Chamber’s March luncheon will feature a presentation on what the conversion means to the voters and how the conversion can benefit the community.  There will be a short presentation and a chance for Q&A. The luncheon will be held on Friday, March 18th at the Brownwood Country Club.  The buffet opens at 11:30 AM and the program will begin at noon.   Cost of the buffet lunch is $14.
