District attorney Micheal Murray reported that four felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

• Brandyn Dwight Spearks, on probation for the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance-drug free zone was revoked and sentenced to six years.
• Nathan Culp, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months.
• Shannon Dawn Bishop, on probation for the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months.
• Melissa Ann Powell AKA Melissa Ann Colcleasure, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 12 months.
