Modelle Boynton Townsend passed away Wednesday morning, September 25, 2019 at Oak Ridge Manor in Brownwood, Texas.
Visitation will be Friday, September 27, 2019 at Heartland Funeral Home from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM followed by the 10:00 AM funeral service. Interment will be at Eastlawn Memorial Park.
