Bobbie Wagnon, 92, of Coleman

Bobbie Wagnon, age 92, of Coleman, died Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Coleman Healthcare.

The family will host a visitation on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel.

A funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Guy Lowe officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery.  Services are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, in Coleman.  Face coverings are required to attend the visitation and funeral service.

She was born Ethel Belle Walker on September 10, 1928 in Oplin to William Oscar Walker and Alice Belle Jones Walker.  Bobbie grew up in West and Central Texas and attended school in Talpa and Goldsboro.  She worked at Timex Watch Factory in Abilene, Stemple Manufacturing Company, and Coleman Independent School District Cafeteria.  Bobbie enjoyed embroidery, gardening, tending to her flowers, and dancing.  She loved her family and her dog, Muffin.  Bobbie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.  Bobbie was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ in Coleman.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents; two sons, William Dawson Connelly and L.D. Franklin, Jr.; and her husbands, L.D. Franklin, Willard Halverson, and F.M. Wagnon.

She is survived by her four children, Doris Hebert of Waco, Barbara Perez of Youngsville, North Carolina, Wanda Gutierrez of Abilene, and Linda Hall of Coleman; 14 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
