Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid analgesic that is similar to morphine but is 50 to 100 times more potent. Exposure to Fentanyl can lead to severe reactive symptoms and potentially death if treatment is not sought immediately.
The Comanche Police Department is posting this information to highly encourage citizens if they find any syringes, small ziplock bags, or any suspicious packaging they believe may contain narcotics to not touch the package. Please call 911 and have an officer dispatched to your location.
