Sarah Villalpando, age 54, of Brownwood, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.

Funeral Services for Sarah will be held at 2PM Saturday, November 20 at Abundant Life Church in Brownwood.

Visitation will be held from 6-8PM Friday, November 19 at Heartland Funeral Home.

Sarah was born to Raymond Jr. and Alice Wilkins Brooks on January 5, 1967. She married Robert Villalpando on April 14, 2007 in Brownwood. Sarah was a secretary for many years and was an avid member of Abundant Life Church in Brownwood. She found great joy in spending time with friends and family and loved to cook for everyone. Sarah loved to take spare of the moment trips just to get out of the house.

Sarah is survived by her husband, Robert Villalpando; children, Chrystal New, Joshua New and wife Ginger, Tamara New, James New and wife Julie, Brant Villalpando and wife Kendall; siblings, Linda Salazar and husband Johnny, Carolyn Sanchez husband Robert, Alice Sanchez and husband Victor, Peggy Graham and husband Red, and Christine Little; and 15 grandchildren. Sarah is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Patsy, Rex, and Reggie; and sister in law, LeeAnn Brooks.
