Four Sentenced in District Court

According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Joe Edwin George, Jr., pied guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Twenty (25) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Andrew Vasquez, pied guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Erocia Diane Donahoo, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver was adjudicated and sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Richard Glenn Morris, pied guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
