Featured as guest speaker will be the Managing Editor for Texas Scorecard, Brandon Waltens.

Sometimes we are all so focused on what is going on in Washington DC with our elected officials, and so we should be, however we forget the elected officials in our own Texas Capital. Who are they, who is in control of House and Senate, what is on their agenda that will affect all Texans in our daily life.

Brandon moved outside the dome in order to shine a spotlight on conservative victories and establishment corruption in Austin. He will be speaking on

Who is Brandon Waltens?
Born in the Socialist Republic of California, Brandon’s family fled as political refugees to Texas as fast as they could. After growing up in Dallas-Fort Worth, Brandon attended Baylor University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2014.
After working on Konni Burton’s senate campaign in 2014, Brandon went on to manage two successful legislative campaigns during the 2016 cycle, first for conservative stalwart Matt Rinaldi’s re-election in Irving and later the runoff campaign for challenger Briscoe Cain in Deer Park.
Brandon took the fight for conservative values to the halls of the state capitol during the 85th legislative session, serving as State Rep. Briscoe Cain’s Chief of Staff.
Drawing on his experience from campaigns and inside the capitol, Brandon is focused on shining a spotlight on conservative victories and establishment corruption in Austin and making the seemingly complex legislative process more accessible so that all conservative Texans may keep their government accountable.
