District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County
District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Jeremy Vaughan pled guilty to the felony offense of Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information and was sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Further, Vaughan pled guilty to the Lesser Included Offense of Assault Family Violence and was sentenced to One (1) year County Jail.
