Elnora F. Riggs, age 83, of Seagraves Tx, passed away on Thursday May 2, 2024, in Brownwood Texas.

Elnora was born March 27, 1941, to Eugene and Henrietta Riggs in O’Donnell Texas. She was an avid painter and craftswoman; her first job was at a yarn shop. Elnore and her mother Henrietta were founding members of the First Baptist Church or Lake Brownwood where she loved to sing. Elnora was a long-haul truck driver for most of her life.

Elnora is survived by, two sons Tony (Brenda) Davis and Clay Davis, and daughter Roni. Along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Henrietta Riggs, son James A. Davis and niece Nikki Riggs.

A Private Service will be held by the family at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
