District Attorney Micheal Murray reported several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County with district court judge Stephen Ellis presiding. Those sentenced were:
Kyle Ray Couch pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to ten years.
James Virgil Bilbrey pled no contest to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to six years.
Charles Lee Brown pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to six years.
Terri Leeann Tucker pled guilty to the felony offenses of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to five years.
Dylan Lin Weaver pled guilty to the felony offenses of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to five years.
Mickey Don Valverde pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 18 months.
