The following are calls responded to by the Early Police Department between January 22 and January 27. Officers served several warrants.

Hit and run accident – 300 Blk Early Blvd.
Warrant service – 200 Blk Eastover Dr.
A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of Meadow Glen due to a defective headlight. The female passenger gave false names and was later determined to be wanted for outstanding warrants. The male was driver was arrested for a suspended driver’s license. Officers located methamphetamines in the vehicle along with other dangerous drugs. Christopher Lee Taylor was charged with driving while license suspended and possession of a controlled substance. The passenger, identified as Christina Moya Rios was arrested and charged with failure to identify, along with warrants from Comanche and Erath Counties. Further charges will be pending for both individuals.

Domestic disturbance – Highway 183 N. Agency assist with BCSO.
Missing juvenile – Early Independent School District. Child located hours later in Brownwood.
