Weekly Update:

The Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 14 positive COVID-19 test results. Of the 14 positives, 8 were PCR, and 6 were antigen. There is currently one hospitalized in Brown County for COVID-19. No new deaths have been reported.

• People with at least one dose – 11,305
• People fully vaccinated – 9,951
• Percentage of people 16+ fully vaccinated – 30.25%

30,883 is the estimated number of Brown County residents eligible for vaccination.

COVID-19 VACCINE APPOINTMENTS

The Brownwood-Brown County Health Department is offering COVID-19 vaccinations to all adults age 18 years old or older. Vaccinations are available by appointment at the Health Department. Please call 325-646-0554 to schedule an appointment for a vaccine.
