Olga Rodríguez, age 88 of Menard, Texas passed away on May 7, 2022.

Olga was born to the late Andres Silva and Francisca Robles on October 8, 1933. She married the late Alberto Rodríguez on July 21,1952. They were together until his death in 2012. They had 9 children.

Olga is survived by 7 children: Alberto Rodríguez and wife Sylvia of San Angelo, Celia Velasquez of Menard, Juanita Miranda of San Antonio, Rosa Samaniego and husband Adam of San Antonio, Osbaldo Rodríguez of Natalia, Texas, Olga Morales and husband Domingo of Naples, Florida and Emma Villanueva and husband Gil of Brady, Texas; daughter-in-law Yolanda Rodriguez of Big Lake, Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Olga was preceded in death by two sons, Omar and Hector Rodríguez.

Olga was a homemaker and loved gardening and cooking for her family. She was a wonderful loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.

Rosary will be held on Thursday, May 12,2022 at 6:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in Menard.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Menard. Mass of Christian burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
